• Comprehensive obstetric care, including amniocentesis, ultrasound, cerclage, genetic counseling, non-stress testing, biophysical profile, VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), birth plans, nutritional counseling.

• We offer 3D/4D Ultrasound

• Comprehensive gynecologic services, including

• Pap smears, including the new "liquid-based ThinPrep® and SurePath Pap tests; colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP/LLETZ; reflex HPV testing of atypical Paps to reduce need for unnecessary colposcopies.  Please click here for important information on insurance coverage issues related to the HPV test so as to avoid an unexpected bill!

• Endometriosis, including advanced operative laparoscopy, laser surgery, GnRH agonist therapy (Lupron®, Synarel®).

• Advanced approach to hysterectomy, including OUTPATIENT minimally invasive vaginal and laparoscopic hysterectomy, with rapid return to most normal activities. 

• Alternatives to hysterectomy for treatment of abnormally heavy periods, including the HerOption cryoablation and HTA System which are both office procedures not requiring sedation, allowing rapid return to normal activities!

• Hysteroscopic removal of polyps and fibroids.

• Urogynecology, including minimally invasive surgical correction of stress urinary incontinence (including the TVT "sling" procedure), and correction of pelvic relaxation/prolapse, using laparoscopic and vaginal surgical techniques.
  
  We offer in-office comprehensive urodynamic study.

• Infertility diagnosis and treatment, including hysterosalpingography, intrauterine insemination (I.U.I.), polycystic ovary syndrome [PCOS] (including Glucophage® and other insulin sensitizing therapy), pituitary disorders, amenorrhea, ovulation induction (Clomid, Letrozole), and recurrent miscarriage.  Surgical infertility therapy, including laparoscopic correction of tubal factor infertility; also operative hysteroscopy, including resectoscopic treatment of septate uterus.

• Adolescent gynecology, including first pelvic, progressive pelvic.

• Complete contraceptive counseling/services, including the Pill, emergency contraception, DepoProvera®,  I.U.D. (IntraUterine Device), including both the Paragard T380A® and the Mirena®, and tubal sterilization (featuring the Filshie Clip®), both laparoscopic and post-partum.  The latest contraceptive technologies are also available and include the NuvaRing®, and the Ortho Evra™ patch.  We now feature the Essure "no scar" tubal sterilization as an office procedure.  No more long hospital waits, with immediate return to normal activities!

All of the physicians are board certified by their respective specialty boards and the midwives are likewise ACNM certified.
